two sisters: a journey of empowering voices
OUR STORY

OUR STORY
Some stories entertain.
Some stories inspire.
And some stories change lives.
Long before CEO Publishing existed, Sharon Oliver and Diane Williams understood the power of storytelling. Growing up, they saw how testimonies, life experiences, and shared journeys could empower others while also bringing healing to the storyteller.
That understanding became the foundation for what would eventually grow into a movement centered around visibility, transformation, creativity, and purpose.
In 2014, Sharon founded CEO Magazine with a mission to highlight women from all walks of life. From entrepreneurs and professionals to mothers and everyday women overcoming extraordinary challenges, the magazine became a platform where stories mattered.
CEO Magazine explored topics surrounding mind, body, spirit, health, beauty, fashion, business, and personal transformation while giving voice to underrepresented perspectives and underdog stories that deserved to be seen and heard.
But something deeper began happening along the way.
Women would often become emotional during interviews, photoshoots, and makeovers. Many shared that for the first time, they truly felt seen. Others opened up about overcoming obstacles, trauma, rejection, loss, and personal reinvention.
What began as media and publishing work evolved into something much greater: transformation through storytelling.
Together, Sharon and Diane continued building the vision, eventually expanding into CEO Publishing, LLC, a boutique publishing and media company dedicated to helping individuals bring their stories, expertise, and personal brands to life.
Today, CEO Publishing goes beyond simply publishing books.
We help authors, speakers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries develop visibility, authority, confidence, and meaningful brand presence through publishing, media, photography, branding, video production, podcasting, and strategic storytelling.
What makes us different is that we walk with our clients through the process.
In a world full of online tutorials and generic advice, many people still feel overwhelmed trying to build a brand, publish a book, or position themselves professionally. Our team provides hands-on guidance and access to in-house creatives and professionals including photographers, editors, branding experts, book coaches, speakers, media specialists, and production teams.
Through CEO Studios, clients gain access to professional filming spaces, podcast studios, photography experiences, launch events, and creative environments intentionally designed to elevate their vision.
As the company continues to grow, the mission continues to evolve.
Grace 2 B Great represents the next chapter of that vision: a testimony and storytelling movement designed to create healing, inspiration, and impact through authentic shared experiences.
The future of CEO Publishing is not simply about producing books.
It is about helping people stop imagining the life they want and begin courageously building it with the right partnership, strategy, support, and visibility.
Because stories still have the power to heal.
Stories still have the power to elevate.
And stories still have the power to change lives.

Our History
CEO PUBLISHING
THE FIRST AUTHOR
Our History
One of the defining moments in the history of CEO Publishing came when Edward J. Goode II approached Sharon for help with his book, Audacity: Transform Your Life with Courage, Persistence, and Forgiveness.
After working with another company, Ed was frustrated because he no longer recognized his own story within the manuscript. His voice, experiences, and testimony felt disconnected from the message he originally intended to share.
Sharon believed his story deserved better.
After discussing the opportunity with Diane Williams, Sharon asked if she would consider helping write the book. Diane was hesitant at first. Although she had written for CEO Magazine and one of her early cover stories had reached national recognition, she had never written a book before.
But after reading Ed’s testimony, something shifted.
Diane immediately recognized the power within his story and believed it had the ability to transform lives.
With prayer, faith, dedication, and the support of industry professionals, the book was completed just months later and released to the public.
The response was powerful.
Through reviews, speaking engagements, testimonies, and audience impact, Ed’s message began reaching people in ways none of them could have imagined. His story not only inspired readers, but also helped shape the future vision of CEO Publishing itself.
That experience confirmed something Sharon and Diane already felt deeply: stories have the power to heal, inspire, transform, and elevate lives.
Since then, they have continued helping authors, speakers, and visionaries bring their stories and messages to the world through publishing, media, branding, and transformational storytelling.
